Will the church building still be open during normal office hours?

At this time, the office will be open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9am - 4pm. Our office administrator and at least one pastor will be available during those hours. Our building will be closed on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Am I able to attend any church services or events?

At this time we are hosting two identical services on Sunday mornings at 9am and 11am. The 11am service will be live-streamed and archived for later viewing. We are no longer limiting attendance based on CareGroups, so please sign-up and attend when you are able. We do ask that you continue to utilize our sign-up form so that we can monitor attendance and plan accordingly. Guests are welcome to attend; please sign-up for a service so that we can anticipate your attendance! There will be overflow seating in our Fireside Room to view the livestream. Because churches are exempt from the Executive Orders put forth from our government leaders, we do not require masks for attendees. The elders continue to encourage the use of masks while in the building except for when you are at your seat in the service. Every other row will continue to be blocked off to encourage social distancing and we ask that the majority of your fellowship take place outside, if possible.

On August 5th and 12th we will host in-person family meetings (please sign-up online). After that, we look forward to allowing in-person attendance for our Wednesday PM Bible studies. We will continue to monitor government regulations and make adjustments as needed.

What steps are being taken to keep our building sanitized?

We are working with our custodial team to be sure proper sanitization regulations are being followed to help prevent the spread of any disease in our building. This has consisted of a deep clean during the time of quarantine as well as continual sanitization efforts. We have also accomplished other cleaning that was more difficult to do during times of regular use, such as carpet cleaning. Beginning Sunday, May 24 we will sanitize the portions of our building used to host services between every service.

What is the plan for upcoming special events?

We are moving as many of our regularly scheduled services events to a livestream format. Other events are needing to be cancelled or postponed for the time being. Here is the information we can provide at this time:

Men's Conference - we have postponed this event and have rescheduled for March of 2021. If you have registered and paid for this year, it will be honored when we are able to reschedule this conference. If you would like to receive a refund, please contact our church office. You can also utilize your registration fee as a donation to the church. Contact the church office if you would like to do that so we can add it to your giving statement.

Silver Saints Events - any scheduled activities have been cancelled for the time being.

Church Picnic - Tanglewood Park has closed through May, so we have had to cancel this event for the Spring. We are still planning to enjoy our Fall picnic on Sunday, September 20.

TES Golf Tournament - this event has been cancelled
